Thank you for sharing your videos, you make it seem so effortless to do wbt! ;)
I agree, this videos are great and have me really excited about implementing whole brain teaching. :o)
Love your videos! I'm excited to be participating in the book club this summer as well!BrandiSuccess in Second Grade
Is there a video on how to teach the basics to the children. I ask because all the ones that I have found , the children already know what to do. Shelley in Kindergarten.
Shelley,The three videos that show 1st day with WBT are EXACTLY how I start WBT whether they know some of it or not. The class in the video is made up of two kinder classes that combined for 1st grade so only 1/2 of them (I looped with them) knew WBT! The other half had never used it! It really is that easy to get it all introduced!
I love watching your videos! I was wondering where to get the signs you use for the concepts (example: the 1 less rule) or did you make them up. I know you have some things on TPT but, I would love to see more WBT things that you use in your own class.Leslie

Quick question...Do you do WBT strategies all day? I love WBT, but find that it can get monotonous after awhile. I mix it up...is this okay?
One of the best things about WBT is the fact that you can make it your own! I don't let my WBT get monotonous. I keep it interesting by changing it up! It's totally ok!
First-year teacher: I SO appreciate this! Thank you, Ms. Shipley : ) Keep up the terrific teaching ; )
